    Summer Serenade

Do you love music? Come along and support your school musicians in this year’s summer serenade. Whether you want to listen to jazzy saxophone or classical violin we will accommodate your taste in music. This amazing concert, full of different performers, takes place on Monday 3rd July in our school hall. The doors will open at 6:30pm, where refreshments will be served by the department, ready to kick off at 7:00pm. Entry is free but donations would be gratefully received at the end of the night.

This year’s concert will be organised by the year 10 BTEC students for part of their final grades.

“What would make you want to attend the school concert?”

Ollie Dale - “It would be really nice to listen to the school students playing in front of a crowd. It builds up their confidence and helps them to improve. Also it gives the students a chance to show off what they are great at.”

Lucy Thomson – “Having chance to see great young musicians doing what they love and what they enjoy. It’s also great to see the staff of the performing arts department pulling together to put on a great night!
