What is the LRC?
· The LRC, or Learning Resource Centre, is a modern school library for all to enjoy - you can find us in 'A' block above the dining hall and reception. There are a wealth of resources that can be accessed online, in books, magazines and e-books; please visit us to find out more!
What can I do in the LRC
· Read!! Thousands of books, both fiction, and non-fiction, magazines, newspapers, and kindles for you to borrow
· Use computers for homework or study (you may need to book computers at busy times)
· Photocopy (small charge) or print work (free)
· Join our friendly reading club on Friday lunchtimes
· Take part in competitions, check in the LRC for the latest competition
· Attend events that are hosted in the LRC
· Be a librarian—the LRC team are friendly, helpful, and earn rewards, we always welcome new members!
· Draw or take part in crafts in the LRC
When is it open?
The LRC is open every day, check on the LRC noticeboard for any changes!
